When you make such tall claims, please make sure you quote appropriate references that are available from the Government. When you are in such a huge country, not everything can be offered on a platter. Survival of the fittest has been the motto throughout. Rather than chicken out and take the suicide route one should introspect as to what he/she is good at and try to pursue that. The article seems to be very biased and claims are not supported by official data. Article does not offer any solution the problem they claim to exist. Just a one sided bashing doesn't do any good.
